Computational Biology
Using computation and machine learning to understand biological complexity.
Computational biology forms a foundational pillar of CHOZENLAB's approach — applying mathematical modelling, simulation, bioinformatics, and machine learning to study, predict, and understand the behaviour of biological systems.
From genomic sequence analysis to protein structure prediction, from cellular signalling models to evolutionary dynamics, computational biology allows us to explore biological phenomena at a scale and resolution that experiments alone cannot achieve. This direction is deeply intertwined with our interests in biomedical AI and molecular technologies.
